Copyright Infringement Policy

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on StudyDesk.pk in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the StudyDesk.pk website (e.g., URL, page title, etc.).
  3. Your contact information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information is accurate: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on StudyDesk.pk was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. This must include:

  1. Identification of the material removed: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  2. Your contact information: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which StudyDesk.pk may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the claimed infringement.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Important Notes

  • Please be aware that submitting false claims or misrepresenting information could lead to legal consequences.
  • Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act promptly to remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will also notify the alleged infringer.
  • If a counter-notification is received, we will forward it to the original claimant. If no action is taken by the claimant within the timeframe specified by law, the material may be reinstated.
