Erasmus Mundus EMMIR Scholarship in Europe is a program for cooperation and mobility in higher education. This fully funded international scholarship program is an exclusive study program that uses an intercultural perspective to explore migration. It enables students to perform fieldwork mostly in African, Asian, and European contexts and gives them a strong theoretical and methodological foundation in migration studies. EMMIR is offering a two-year scholarship program for master’s students in migration studies. It is a multidisciplinary program and addresses significant current problems. Student mobility is one of the program’s significant features and offers both group and individual mobility. Students will study their first semester in Oldenburg, Germany (UOL) and the second semester in Stavanger, Norway (UIS), with their whole group. In the third semester, there will be a project-based internship and one module offered by EMMIR partner universities. The fourth semester will be in Germany where students will be free to design their own mobility according to their master thesis topic.
